Here are a few FREE program that may help in your quest.
I use Adobe Acrobat Professional to print charts to and then save the page as a JPG. However, there is a very cost effective, i.e. FREE solution that does a pretty good job under Windows 2000/XP.
It is the
Imagistik Image Driver Lite 1.0
Download it and then install it. Now you have a new printer. If you use Stockcharts, you can now print your chart to that printer. Once the document is printed, a pop up appears. Set the "Colors" and resolution to your liking (I use the highest resolution) and do a file/save as type JPEG.
If you want to resize and crop your image before uploading you can use IrfanView to do so.

If you'd like to extensively play with the image then use a more sophisticated program that can do just about anything Irfanview does but also a lot more:
Gimp, the GNU image manipulation program

Now manipulate to your hearts content and once you are ready upload the image as discussed in the earlier post.
